We had a very pleasant experience with the funeral director. Everything was explained in detail. Also, the service was very special.
Elizabeth was our funeral director and she was wonderful every step of the way. The only complaint I have is with the man who came to retrieve our loved one at time of death. He was insensitive and did not handle the body very well.
Your staff was very helpful and cordial at a difficult time. We have several family members there which is why our family continues to use the facility for a difficult time.
I just wanted to Thank Elizabeth Fernandez and Pastor Al Munger for everything. They worked very hard and went above and beyond and they were very Professional and thoughtful! I felt like they were family and they treated us as such. They helped us get through the hardest day of our lives and I feel as if we would have been anywhere else...It wouldn't have been as comforting. Thank you again.
