I noted that there were quite a few employees throughout the spacious, well laid-out jump facility. All the employees wore whistles, and used them when necessary for safety. The seating to watch the children was well laid out, and at no time was I unable to see my grandchildren. The bays were so nicely laid-out, and uncrowded, it was easy to play with the children in the Bays, adding to the different amount of fun we could have together.
Because of this horrible instance, we decided to try to replicate the instance at Flight Deck. This time my daughter-in-law was with me. As they were sitting at the yogurt stand tables I pretended to leave and waved goodbye. My daughter-in-law waited 5 minutes, and pretended to be distracted by my grandson, as she whispered to my granddaughter to come find me outside. My granddaughter didn’t even make it halfway out the door before a flight deck employee was hot on her heels. They did not let me take her outside, and instead politely waited for her to address me, also watching me as I returned to the table with my daughter-in-law. I noticed that there had been an employee hovering at the door the entire time we were there. When I later questioned him, he said they were trained to watch for little ones going out there door. What a difference in safety!
The kids had a lot of fun. I was impressed with the amount and attentiveness of staff supervision. It seemed a little pricey but, in all fairness, I really don't have anything to compare it to. I did notice that they offered reasonable deals for frequent users
Great place for kids ages 4-14 years old ! An hour was perfect for our boys to get some of that energy out that 7 and 8 yr old boys have at that age. We're from Oklahoma so it made for a much quieter car right home. Definitely recommend this place!
We had tried another popular Jump Place in Rockwall. The entire experience was unsafe. The seating was set up so that my vision was blocked continuously. At some juncture my three year old granddaughter, in less than a minute, left out their door. They didn’t notice and/ or care. When a Stranger brought her back in, and told the employee that she had almost been abducted, I, at that juncture was headed down the stairs, picked her up, and without a word walked out the door again. Nobody stopped me, or even called after me! The detective who contacted me three weeks later, told me it took him three weeks to even get them to start to co-operate! (they also had wristbands, but only to put additional charges on one’s credit card if one didn’t watch the clock vigilantly enough)
Had an end of season cheer party here the hostess was so nice and helpful. I truly enjoyed my experience and plan on coming back next season! Thank you so much for everything.
If one is looking for a safe place, that cares about your family having fun, and even your pocketbook, with continuous friendly and alert staff, this is definitely the place to go!
All the staff were Vigilant and friendly, the entire time.
This place was a fantastic, safe, engaging, place for the whole family! I went with my daughter-in-law, my four-year-old granddaughter, and my 18 month old grandson. I was delighted to see that there was an area specifically for the small children. At no juncture did any large children impose on our fun. Even though my 18 month old grandson can’t quite jump on a trampoline, there were other engaging activities for him in the area. Furthermore, his mother was allowed to jump with him, and his sister, making for a great family time.
This review is for the frozen yogurt bar inside the trampoline park. They did have a large variety of flavors. However, the area where the frozen yogurt is was sticky and covered in melted frozen yogurt. The toppings are limited, and the dispensers crush the toppings as they dispense. The cold toppings (such as cookie dough and cheesecake) are not self serve. The woman over served booth of us. What normally runs about $8 at other local frozen yogurt places cost us over $12. No wonder they don't post their per ounce price anywhere!
It was nice that this establishment offers different colored wristbands. The reason for this is that they call out over the loudspeaker, whenever that color is done with their time. This made spending time with the children, instead of watching our clocks, easier. The added Yogurt Bar is a brilliant idea! When our time was up, we could tell the little ones we were going to have yogurt, making it much easier for them to leave the jumping area. Once they had their yogurt, we could tell them that they couldn’t jump with a full tummy, making it easier to leave
