Do NOT lease @ Hulen Park Place TownHomes...You will regret it due to a cold-hearted, in-sensitive & rarely open Leasing Office, managed by Cole Sprezza (IQ of a banana peel & personality of a pumpkin stem). Vehicle windshields are shattered & side-swiped while simply parked, & nobody cares. Emergency calls go un-answered. Ask about the major fire several months ago that still smells when You walk by the units that burned, & still have not been re-built. My residence was filthy as hell upon the move-in. Lori, who leased the place to Me, was gone weeks later. Maintenance Supervisor, Juan, was excellent, but also left after Sprezza arrived. Avoid this Manager & His lack of ability, & account-ability.
It's in the ghetto. They seriously need to be gated. It wasn't even worth getting out of the car. The pictures don't accurately represent the grounds, because they leave out the dilapidated parking lot, the surrounding area, and only show the prettiest doorways/fronts (not representative of the other 95% of the conplex). Also, when I parked in the Future Residence spot, an old lady across the lot opened her door and just stared...for several minutes. Creepy.
Very good staff! Always polite and friendly. They have a 24x7 service and for non business hours also there is a quick response for maintenance related calls, if ever any.
The exterior of the apartment was nothing fancy but the interior of the studio apartment looked great.
Very useless apartment and staff. Looks like its fam owned cos the lady at the office comes in whenever she feels like. The apt was filled with rodents and roaches. Very small space, the bathrooms n rooms looks like they were built for staff. Also, they ld charge you for every lil thing once you move out. I suggest you look elsewhere
