The only issue I had was that the screens were not illuminated enough. During dark scenes it was near impossible to see faces and tough to even see what was going on.

My husband and I visited the Coyote Drive-In for the first time at the beginning of the year. It was so fun! We bought our tickets online and got there early as soon as the gates opened so that we could get a good spot and get one of the VERY FEW radios they have for rent at the bar (I would definitely recommend doing this so you don't waste your car battery). I was worried we were going to be bored waiting for several hours for the movies to start but we were pleasantly surprised by the live music they had at the pavilion next to the playground! It was such a family friendly setting that would be great for kids or couples wanting to have a date night. The food is pretty good (get popcorn!) and if you buy a large drink you can get free refills all night. BEWARE OF THE BEES though at the drink station. Also be sure to bring something to tie down the trunk of your car if you decide to sit in the back. They require your trunk hatch to be level with the top of your vehicle so you don't block the screen for cars behind you. They will drive around and check for that as well as outside food or drinks which they will take from you if they catch you with it (so don't try to sneak anything in). I could see the movie clearly and hear it really well with the speaker we rented. I wouldn't recommend seeing particularly dim movies (like horror movies) however because it may be hard to see on the screen at night. Overall, we had an awesome time and really enjoyed the inexpensive double feature at the drive in with the downtown Fort Worth skyline backdrop!

This place is fantastic! Tickets are very affordable, especially for a double feature, and the Tuesday deals are the best. The concessions were pricey, but not unreasonable. Surprisingly nice bathrooms with warm water at the sinks. My favorite part is how canine friendly the place is. Near the concessions, there are pet waste stations and a little area for walking. Great way to spend an evening.

We do love coming here. They've got beer, they've got decent prices, and they get good movies. Much of the time, the drive-in patrons follow the rules to be good neighbors. I just wish the screens were so much better illuminated. The lamps are old or the projectors just don't throw far enough. The image fills the screen, but it's mud vision. Everything is under illuminated so it looks dark and murky and it's frustratingly hard to see what's going on when the screen is so dark.

It was very cheap, only 12 dollars for four adults, but the movie options were kind of lame so it definitely differed from a regular movie theater in that sense. On the plus side, this drive-in does show old school movies which is pretty cool. Finding a spot was surprisingly easy and there are markers everywhere in order to provide the station to listen to. Seriously bring a thousand blankets and pillows if you're planning to chill on the ground, or be smarter than my friends and I and bring chairs or at least a truck. This is a great place for young kids though!

Really great experience overall! The tickets were cheap, especially for a double feature. The environment was awesome with a downtown view of fort worth. They have a really nice large pavilion area with food, a bar, restrooms, seating, and a play area for kids. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
