Continues to decline. I would give it zero stars if possible. Where to start...I have noticed a steady decline in service by workers and managers. Everything from workers standing at concessions cussing in front of little kids with assistant managers laughing along to excessively long lines while a manager just watched. The latest that has made my decision to go back to the Rave is the doors were locked at show start time. Now I get to go through the ticket refund process with Fandango. We started going to this theater due to its convenience of reserved work parking in the garage next to it, but it's back to the Rave...It may be a a little longer drive, but it has WAY BETTER customer service, cleaner and just as good of seating if not better.
Messy Floors (Popcorn crumbs everywhere), Sticky Soda Stand (Soda was spilt everywhere), Faulty Bathrooms (1 urinal out of 3 was in service), Completely OVERPRICED for such poor service. Overall, terrible experience. Don't come here
The theater was a mess. We were looking forward to going to the movies and it was completely ruined by how unclean the theater was. And the bathrooms were nasty too. We have been coming for a few years and it has never been like this. I can only hope the young man I spoke to about my concerns really listened. It’s a shame because this is a great location.
My wife went to get the drinks. Let me say if the health department would of seen that area they would of been shut down.
Highly disappointed, will not be back to this theater.
Sitting here in the theater right now. My wife and I go to the movies once a week. This is on a Tuesday at 7:00 at night. Went to order concessions. They are out of Pizza, hotdogs, nachos, chicken tenders, flat bread pizza. Asked them what they have. They said popcorn, drinks, and candy. We ordered a number 2. Two large drinks and a large popcorn. The girl handed me the two cups amd said she would have to go in the back to get a tub for the popcorn. She was very nice and apologized and said the previous employee didn't stock. The girl came back and said she couldn't find any. We ended up using the large display tub as the tub for my popcorn.
Went to sit in our seats. Theater 3, seats c5 & c6. Where my wife went to sit down there was trash on her seat and a used cup in the cup holder. My wife cleaned her seat to sit down. At 7:16 a kid came in to clean the theater. Movie starts at 7:30. He cleaned two seats and walked out.
Our family enjoys this theater downtown. Seats are roomy and clean. Popcorn was good and they now serve food items too. We will be back!
Went to the bathroom. No soap to wash my hands.
