He also made the suggestion to buy a tempered glass screen to prevent future screen breaks, which I bit on for a nominal price. As a small business owner myself, I hate to give other businesses bad reviews. However, this was so extremely disappointing, unprofessional and false advertising I could not just let it go. We came in with a normal working phone needing a simple screen repair and left losing 89 dollars, no screen repair and phone will not even power up. The staff completely lacked the knowledge, proper parts and kept leaving and going to backroom to call and talk to owner in private. We asked to speak to owner and was told owner was in meeting. We do not expect perfection, but when you get something wrong you should at least try to make it right. Complete waste of time and money.
