My husband and I were in desperate need of a refrigerator. After 3 weeks of frustration with 2 other stores and multiple failed deliveries, we just wanted to find someone who could help us get a working fridge delivered to our home. That's when we went to Best Buy and met Eric Jones. Eric was amazing! In a world short on customer service, he went above and beyond. He was an excellent communicator which calmed our nerves and followed up even after the fridge was delivered to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend visiting Eric for any of your appliance needs. He's absolutely the best!
They have expanded this store's selection of products and added additional holiday staff. Some staff member will inevitably come by and ask if they can help you. Once that staff member leaves another will come by and ask you again. This will repeat every few minutes until you feel the need to walk out. Even with the large number of staff members, they still can't seem to locate a key to the secured items in a timely manner. The staff was not rude, it is just very difficult to browse for what you want when you keep getting interrupted. Makes me want to continue to buy items online.
The best customer service I have ever received at this store. I am a elite best buy card holder and shop with this location a LOT!!!!! normally when I come into the store, I get very nice greeters and people just ready to close the deal. (I understand a job is a job) BUT then...... I meet Wisdom! Not only was she nice, she made me feel like we were old friends that just happen to bump into each other at the store. We talked about basic life stuff before a sale was ever made. I appreciate moments like that. She was very funny and educated. Not only did she help me with my phone issue, but she help me made a choice on a PC and other things I needed for my new PC that I love! This location is a great place to shop but Wisdom makes it better. She is now my go to rep at this location. If you want a great rep that is funny, educated and overall a good person. Ask for Wisdom!.
Bought a TV sales person helped explain the difference in the overwhelming number of different choices. He explained strengths of different brands. Let us know about all the different sales going on during Thanksgiving week and even applied an addition discount. They really know their stuff and there are plenty of sales people working there to help you.
Purchased a television online and picked up at the store. Waited in a short line at the customer service desk to get the pick-up sheet, then the tv was loaded quickly into my vehicle. In and out took less than 30 minutes. I may have been fortunate that the customer service desk wasn't very busy. Would have been nice to have a separate area for picking up already paid for items, but I can't say I suffered any slow down using the same area as customer service/ returns.
