Master's is a great company. I've gotten a few appliances from them the price is good & the Manager Chris in the store on Main Street is helpful & friendly great customer service skills at that location!

I came into the location on 6/19 & the guy there was really nice I completed the paperwork & they called shortly after that to let me know I was approved.. I came in that Friday to make my first payment & setup delivery for the following day which was Saturday 6/24 between 5 & 6... I get a call 15 min til 5 to tell me they can't deliver my merchandise after I've already taken my other set to the dumpster. I have to have someone bring my oldest back so we can have something to sit on til they can get my merchandise delivered. Who I believe to be the store mgr calls me Monday 6/26 to tell me they can deliver later that evening which is fine but the sofa & love seat are delivered without the legs. No one stated that to me. The mgr new the legs weren't going to be delivered when he called me to set up the delivery for today... He tells me that he may be able to deliver the legs tomorrow but he'll call in the morning to confirm. This is the craziest mess I've ever heard of. If you do business with this company BEWARE...
