So I had an unfortunate event where someone told me they were going to hold a limited edition controller here for me. When I got here to pick it up it was a different person in charge and the controller was no where to be found. The person in charge there, Ben, did everything in his control to get me in contact with someone who had the controller. It wasnt even his mistake and he went above and beyond to fix it.
