Don't believe what they tell you, go to your carrier's actual store and verify what Best Buy mobile said. They told me I would get some sort of bill credit so I would pay less for a new phone, but couldn't show me any concrete proof. I visited two sprint stores the next day, and they told me that's not true. DONT GO THERE. They told me that they didn't work on commission, but when I told them I'd like to visit sprint and talk with them about it, they got very defensive and said "well we don't know how long this deal is going on, so you should do it now." The pressure they put on me to get the phone made me leave. Awful.
OK service, not very knowledgeable. If your phone has problems they try and rush you out and don't offer many solutions or take responsibilities for their devices when they're faulty.
