Spent almost $1,800 on a brand new washer/dryer set in August 2016... their service has been horrific. I grew up with all my family having appliances from Sears with great service... not anymore..don't buy appliances from them ever. I know I won't. These appliances are less than a year old and the dryer squeals, they've been out twice to "fix" it, the first time the guy threw a dry towel in it to check it, didn't hear it and left. Still isn't fixed. Again, go anywhere else for appliances. Goodwill would have a better service contract, yes I know they don't have one, that's better.
My husband and I were in Sears on Hulen today searching for a refrigerator.
Henry was outstanding. Wonderful costumer service. We left with what we wanted and were pleased with the customer service. Thanks Henry for making this a pleasant purchase.

When I went to get a refund in the store from an online purchase, I only received a partial refund, even though Sears is the one who messed up my order. When I tried calling them, no on answered in the Shoe, Men&Women's Apparel, or Customer Service. So won't be shopping online at sears ever again.

Bought a new dishwasher after 5 mouths it quit thought it was a fuse because the plug has power went back to sears to get a fuse they said they carry no parts for any thing they sale i would have to go on line to order it soo two times i have ordered a fuse both times they send me a thermostat so i call them ask how the thermostat will put power back in the panel they hung up on me twice the third time they said they would send someone to look at it but it will cost me 100 dollars i will be going somewhere else and just so sears know that is where my wife buys clothes for her and my three kids all my tools are craftman tools there will not be nothing from sears come in to my house again
