Wasn't able to really even shop. The only carts they had were ones specifically designed to not hold children. My kids were running around so we decided to just leave. I was very surprised by their lack of carts.
It's a store where you can get everything you need and a few things you didn't know you needed. The only issue I have is they rarely have my shoe size. I know I wear a 101/2 or 11 but it would be nice to find those sizes. I don't like to order what I can't try on. But other than that it's a good store.
Worst customer service ever. I was in the store looking at buying a MK or Dooney bag and I watched as the employees walked past me. Acknowledged others but never spoke to me. Even the store manager walked by without helping. It took a guy in the shoe department to notice. I'll pay off my card and never go back.

I love this stores. It has lots of name brands which gives you lots and lots of choices of styles. There is always some sort of awesome sale so I fined my dollars stretch further.
I love the sales at Belk. I also have experienced really awesome customer service. When looking for a pair of shoes for my mom's present for her birthday, the sales representative Heather tried them on for me because she was also a size 8 where I am a size 7. Heather is very nice and went above and beyond.
