I had a toothache, and from the minute I spoke to the receptionist I knew this was going to be a good experience. I am a bit of a chicken when it comes to dentists, and everyone made me feel comfortable, from the front office, the dental assistants, and Dr. Chau herself. I returned later and had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist (Brittany) was so friendly and professional. I will be definitely be returning for future dental work!
Dr. Chau's office is staffed with the nicest and most professional people you could want. No matter what my appointment time has been, I never have to wait. Dr. Chau herself is incredibly nice, patient, and does great work.
She was professional, courteous, and respectful of my expectations in my overall treatment plan. I honestly can say that I am going to be a repeat customer from here on out.
Dr. Sydney is very conscientious of specific needs to each individual and offers more than one choice for the patient to choose from in correcting the problem. Her staff work hard to assist her in creating the most aesthetic outcomes. I am thankful for these devoted professionals who have given me the desire to smile without covering my mouth!
Dr. Chau is amazing. She is patient and very detailed oriented. She also truly cares for her patients. I had a root canal and she called me the next day which was a Saturday to make sure I was okay, and even gave me her personal cell phone number if anything went wrong. When I went back for the crown fitting she took her time and didn't rush to make sure it was a perfect fit. She was also very careful with not hurting me through the entire process. Very sweet and caring doctor that you don't find anymore! The office looks a little old but the inside is cute and homey. The entire staff is very very sweet and caring. I would recommend anyone to go see her with any dental care! I was having trouble with multiple dentist until I finally saw her and she solved my problem! I am very grateful for her!
