I brought my 7 year old step daughter and boyfriend (my boyfriend hadn't been to the dentist in many years, step daughter had never been to a dentist before and they were nervous) in for check ups. Both of them had to have treatment done and Dr Jake was kind enough to call and check on them that same day to make sure they were doing well. My daughter keeps asking when she can come back to get the last of her treatment done....that's saying a lot for a 7 year old to want work done.
I have been a patient of this practice since I was 4 years old. My whole family goes here and loves it. They have always been very kind and you can tell they genuinely care about your health and comfort. Dr Brown, Dr Jake and staff have always been great to my family.
I have been very impressed with the staff and doctors at Brown Family Dentist. Everyone is so nice and professional. As for the procedures (I have had 2 fillings there) I have also been very happy. The first time I went in, I was having an emergency--I had a filling fall out on vacation. They squeezed me in ASAP and took such good care of me. Thank you so much!
This office has extremely courteous staff and the dentists are amazing. They are very thorough and talk to you along the way so you are always well-informed and educated as to what is going on. The staff treats you like you are a friend and genuinely care about you!

I have been going to this dentist office since I was in middle school and my mama would have to sit in the room with me and hold my hand. As the visits became more often I grew to love and trust Dr. Kent Brown and my mama was no longer needed to accompany me. Now that I am grown and have kids of my own whenever I need service I still pick up the phone and call the same number from all those years ago. Almost 2 years ago my son woke up with a toothache and being that he didn't have a dentist the first people I called was them. They got him in there the same day and got the problem taken care of even though they didn't specialize in kids dentistry. My son did fine not because he wasn't scared because he was definitely terrified, but because of Dr. Jake Brown's patience and gentle touch. I appreciate everything that they have done for me and my family, everyone is so nice. There is no question if anybody ever ask I will always recommend Brown Family Dentistry first.
