I've been a patient here for over 15 years and I LOVE it! The staff is always so friendly and really takes an interest in you. And the care you receive is some of the best you can get in the area. They've taken care of my teeth and I through the baby teeth and braces, and have given me a wonderful smile. Everyone at North Texas Smiles were dedicated 100% to patient care. The front desk team were friendly and inviting as I explained my urgent need for a pediatric dentist. The lady that handled insurance claims was personable. She answered all my questions and helped me file my claim as a doctor procedure. The dentist was extremely passionate and professional about his line of work. My 4 week old baby was losing weight due to not being able to adequately take in milk and formula from a tongue and lip tie. It’s been a highly emotional roller coaster for me as a mom. The level of professionalism and expert care from everyone at North Texas Smiles was outstanding! We will be back!
I love this place! The staff is just amazing with my children. I highly recommend this place! My daughter can be a bit of a diva when it comes to anyone helping her with health related things and she loves it here. They are so kind and patient with her. They are wonderful at explaining to children the importance of taking care of your teeth in a way that they not only understand but are quite comfortable with the staff.
I brought my 5 week old baby girl to North Texas Smiles for a tongue tie procedure. With her being so young I was very nervous, but we had a wonderful experience. The doctor took his time explaining everything and was so great with my little one. The staff was also amazing. I felt like they truly cared and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
