I went to vacuum my car out and the manager informed me that I had to pay for a car wash in order to use the free vacuum. I said ok did want to get a car wash so I would leave. The manager told me I needed to take my trash with me and he stuck his hand in the trash can got my QT cup and hold out and put it on top of my car!! He is on miserable person and I will not be satisfied until he is gone! Fired or shut it down!! It takes a sad human being to dig in a trash can just to show how much of an azz hole they are.....
Wash was pretty good. But I went to 3 different vacuums that were not working. And I know of 3 more that wasn't either.
I used this place a bunch a few years ago it was a great place, now not so much.
Their mops are very dirty and scratch your paint. Their brushes spin but don't touch your car. They need to spend a bit of time getting their machine working well. It is the heart of their business.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The employees pretty much harassed me while I was vacuuming out my car, I will never come to this place ever again and I don't suggest that anyone else does either. It's not worth it for a $5 car wash
Ok a $5 car wash is just that but we have been on the monthly package since the place was built. We have seen the detailing service come and go as well as the deterioration of the equipment there. The smiling employees of days ago have long gone as I have even been witness to employees duking it out just before closing time. So if you want a cheap wash give it a try but before you pull away make sure you are happy with it.
