I went there today with my car that is just over a week old. When I got back to work, I realized my front license plate frame is broken and the ftont bumper is still covered with bugs! I tried calling to speak to the manager, and was hung up on 3 times! I called a 4th time and the same person answered (Louis) and asked what I wanted to talk to the manager about. I explained and he placed me on hold...after 10 minutes I was disconnected again. All of this and I just wanted to make the manager aware of the problem!! I'll never go back.
Always good service. Friendly staff. Management makes sure your well taken care of.

Brought my car in to get the seats shampooed and inside detailed they told me it was going to take a few hrs no big deal. Came back 3 hrs later tipped them after paying over 100 $ still or a big deal. Open my car door and there dust on my seats along with dog hair. I asked if they shampooed the seats they told me I did not pay for that service. I gave them my receipt and of course they were apologizing told me it would be another hr or 2 so I had to find a ride back to work. The manager called me and said sorry of course offered me a free carpet shampoo I wasn't that upset til yesterday when I went you Redeem my coupon and the little girl at the front just took it didn't even ask what I wanted I then told her I in addition to the carpet shampoo I would like to pay to have the inside detailed she informed me she could not cut me any more deal since I was using a coupon . She called the manager over and I explained I was not looking for a deal I just wanted the inside cleaned. Needless to say he told me it was going to be 60 more to the inside done after I had already giving them a 75 dollars coupon for a mistake they made in the first place. I don't mind paying the money but if you are trying to correct a problem that you caused there should be a little better customer service . Will not be going back.
