Very happy with the carwash portion, but I paid 10.00 to have the floor mats cleaned, and they actually looked worse, and they put them in my car soaking wet. Service could be a little friendlier. It is however, the first carwash I've been to where you can get your boots polished while you wait. Overall a pretty good experience.
The oil change center has an external A/C unit to blow cool air in while the engine is turned off so they can change your oil, this is convenient for those hot Texas summer days.
WISH I COULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS FOR ZERO CARE! I will continue to write bad reviews until the manger has the balls to call or email me and explain why they won't address shoddy work. I am far from a complainer but after a bad job, I took my truck back there and explained and showed them the issue I had...bugs stuck on the headlights, bumper and grill. The guy acted like I was there to get something for free. I just wanted a clean vehicle for the $30+ I shelled out. They took it back through and they got HALF of the bugs off. Never going back...don't want a free car wash. I want them to acknowledge my complaint. I am not going away. I have made it a quest to get an answer.
Very disappointed in the quality of service seems like it went down hill. I paid about 29 bucks for their works I ask how much it would be for the dash and door panels to be sprayed with Amor all and they told me $60 . Wow. Talk about a price jump 30 mucks more to wipe my dash and door panels what a rip. To top it off they didn't even vacum correctly didn't move the seat forward to get under the seat. What a waste of money. Felt like I got hustled after I left that place. Will not be coming back to this car wash.
I would not recommend this car wash, as I have been here two and a half hours for an interior clean with no exterior wash and the manager said I still have to wait twenty more minutes. I was very polite when asking how much longer and if this kind of wait was normal, and they just responded they are busy and they didn't offer to help or change any of it. I am disappointed in the customer service and sad I am still here.
It's not a bad place to go for an oil change. $80 for Mobil 1 synthetic oil and a car wash isn't too bad of a deal.
