After a $150.00 detail. And 3 1/2 hours waiting for my car. I could barely see out of my windows on the way home. Once arriving home I took bug and tar remover and removed the still existing tree sap with about 5 minutes of work, and cleaned the inside of my front and rear windows with Windex. The only reason car lovers gets one star is because a negative 5 star is not an option!!! They didn't even vacuume the trunk.
Employee stole money of of my vehicle. The manager stated they would give me a month free of car washes to try and gain my business back. Two days later he called me and said he could do what he told me.
Took in my work truck that was filthy. Paid 180.00 for a full detail. Wow, that’s how a detail should look. Truck looked new. Afterwards they waxed and detailed my wife’s vehicle with a nice discount just because they’re nice like that. Great attitudes, friendly staff and upheld my expectations, which were extremely high.
It may just be me however the quality of clean they provided was awful, dirt, spots, soap scum, ect was still visible though out my car. Please if you are looking for more then just a exspensive drive though car wash dont spend your money there.
The supervisor and the employees are so kind and considering. I called an hour prior to closing and asked if it was okay to take my vehicle for a Bumper to Bumper (full detail). The supervisor did not even hesitate to say yes. They washed my seats, carpet and completely cleaned the whole car to look brand new! It took them about 2 hours to do it and several employees volunteered to stay! I was very impressed with Car Lovers. From the customer service to the actual detail service everything was excellent! Will definitely be coming back!
