If I could give half of star, I would! Customer service is pitiful and the representatives are not knowledgeable of what they are informing customers! They're scams and I'd advice anyone to read what you're signing before taking there word.
We booked a rental for a beach vacation on Orange Beach, AL. Due to hurricane Irma we had to cancel. The first two times we called they said if we cancelled before 24 hrs we would be charged $50 and the rest refunded. If after 24 hrs we would not be refunded at all. It clearly states in the confirmation emails if after 24 hrs they charge $100 and refund the remainder. We called a third time and finally got an HONEST salesman. He openly told us unless you mention the $100 charge, other agents will tell you no refund just to get more money. He then gave us a FULL refund. This employee did what was right, and that is why I give 3 stars. We got lucky. But I will NEVER use this company again. They are crooks and will scam you.
The Area manager also the branch manager is very racist rented here weekly for 2 year's Braindi Kaster and Hershel will lie on you if you don't do the survey the way they want you to. They customer service skills or very bad at the location and only getting worse if i could give half a star i would
I would actually put ZERO stars for this place but google would not let me. If you have an appointment you will wait an hour for ur car to be ready cause it won’t be clean. They are also high pressure sales on the insurance. Don’t ever go here. The two guys working here try to scare u into to buying it. Wow what a terrible business.
