The SUV I rented was awesome. It got us safely to San Antonio and back. I am considering one for my everyday car. The customer service was awesome.

Be sure to look at the registration/inspection sticker(s) when you preview the rental car with the sales associate. The stickers were expired for two months when they tried to check it out to me...that's all i need is to get a ticket(s) from the police! I gave Enterprise 5 stars because the associate upgraded my rental and it was REALLY NICE...no extra charge! So kudos to him!
