The lady that works the register is extremely rude! Our service and food were great but we won't be back because the lady was so rude! It's a shame they lost our business thanks to ONE extremely rude employee!
We were seated immediately when entering. Service was great. I had the Dixie House Scramble which was an open faced biscuit smothered with gravy and topped with hash browns, scrambled eggs and cheese. It was huge and very tasty. My only problem was the biscuit was hard as a rock, and very dry...maybe too old. I wouldn't recommend their biscuits but I would visit again and try something else next time.
First time eating at this restaurant. Waitress took our order and never came back to check on us. 45 minutes later another waitress finally checked on us and found our ticket on the floor. Our order was never turned in and our waitress never bothered to check on the food or us! They charged us full price which shouldn't have happened! Food was good but it's cafe food not worth waiting 45 minutes. Brought this to the attention of manager when paying and was told sorry no one told her about the issue! Won't go back to this location. Poor customer service!!
If you are craving good old southern comfort food. This place can't be be for the price or service. Their breakfast is just as good. Love this place.
This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating... We waited over an hour for our food just to find out our order was never put in. I asked for orange juice not once but TWICE and never got it... needless to say the wait staff is beyond incompetent. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
