good food, great staff, fun atmosphere, decent prices
We took the plate back to the kitchen to have it fixed, and they went to work and a few minutes later, handed it back—more wrong than it had been.
1) I saw some of their burgers online and thought they looked delicious
Got a burger and shared some nachos. Burger was OK but the nachos were very bland. Asked for jalopeños and they were bland too. Food was flavored with grease, it just wasn't very good.
That's just not what I was expecting from a place that looks like "No Frills" distant cousin.
No one checked on us the rest of the meal. No drink refills. Nothing. When the waitress happened to stumble upon us again a half hour later, I asked for a refill (to go since I no longer had time to wait), and the check. 9 minutes later they finally came.
2) There's this little feature on Google that lets you get a glimpse of prices... and for here it was ONE dollar sign.
Food came 25 more minutes later (not terribly crowded at the time).
Just go to Kincaid's. Better value, better fries and not filled with loud drunks.
Had to scrounge up our own menus from another nearby table.
The service was abysmal and the place was extremely LOUD. With the TV's blaring, everyone in the restaurant was screaming to be heard 18" away from each other.
The food itself (for the orders that were correct) was just fine. A little pricey for what you get but fine.
I stopped by this place for 2 reasons.
And of course there's NO PRICES on the online menu... but seriously $15 for a bacon and cheese burger? (onions too)
Drinks came 10 minutes later. She was not sure which drink was Dr. Pepper and which was Diet Coke, sooo, she took a big sniff of one of them! Classy.
Great food, great service! Definitely recommend the chips and queso!

By the time the waitress came around to take out drink orders, we were ready to order food, but as soon as the last member in our party gave their order, she bolted while we were trying to order food.
Had to clean our own table when we arrived.
Usually expensive places are 3+ dollar signs so I thought this would be a place to get a delicious inexpensive burger.
I will remove this review when that feature is fixed.
The different waitress delivered the food. She got one order wrong and while we were trying to tell her it wasn't right, she just walked away.
