Honestly would of have a zero but want an option. I came her very frequently but after overt hearing what I have heard today I'm appalled really there's a really sweet girl named Alyssa she had always been such a great help with my daughter and I. I overt heard her talking to a manager of the name RENEE and I honestly could not believe how unprofessional this manager was she's had no place in being a manager anywhere or they should send there employees to training I just couldn't believe what I seen. I went to this store 3rd time and I thought this is the time the skinny white lady treated me rudely but I was wrong she is always aggressive and rude mannered person I have ever faced in my shopping experience. Last year I went with my kids and she was shouting against us telling that they made noise and wherever we used to go find shoes she always follow us back and screamed loudly to us saying that we made mess all over even though we did not do that which was there already. I went there to exchange my shoes since I bought it 2 days ago and the receipt says there is refund and exchange policy but she insisted saying that it was not true to there store rule!!! I asked them to exchange bigger size but still she did not allowed me to do so!!!i am shocked she was having wrong attitude to me which makes me stay away from that store every time!! I refer you all to go to the Ridgmar one where people are so kindly and active !!
