I had an issue with my recently purchased shoes, no questions asked Bill (salesman) handed me a brand new pair. He answered every question I had, wealth of knowledge. I usually buy New Balance shoes in department stores but I will come here from now on. I don't normally review but I had a great experience!

Very disappointing experience. Took forever for someone to assist me and there was only 1 other person in the store needing assistance . When the second rep finally came on to the floor, he wasn't very knowledgeable or helpful. Came in looking for training shoes. There were only two pair. To choose from....poor. selection. Went to try some running shoes on and 2 of the 3 that I picked weren't in stock. Won't be shopping here again.
Great little store! Bill was really helpful and quick with figuring out my shoe size. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, from fitting to check out. I'll be back!
