Lots of information. Enjoyed it but better for someone into rodeo, etc.
I'm glad we decided to have a quick visit to this place during our day trip in Fort Worth. This small museum is showcasing the history of cowboys and cowgirls in America. Many traditional horse and cow transportation is on display. There's a section dedicated to famous cowboy and cowgirl as well.
It has some great things in it, don't get me wrong, but once you have been to the National Cowboy Hall of Fame/Western Heritige Museum others are just found lacking. The Trigger and Bullet exhibit is what actually drew me in.
Wonderful history and the best ever collection of old time wagons & buggies. Has taxidermy horses of Roy Rogers, Silver, etc.
A great little exhibit. Lots of learning on (famous) cowboys and cowboy terminology.
