Way better than Subway. Similar sort of place as Which Which or Firehouse Subs. The fresh bread is great.
Average. Planet Sub gets your sandwich out fast enough during rush hour (average wait time is about 10 minutes), but for the price, I would rather go across the street to Subway. It is nice to order in advance and pick up your food if you are in a hurry and they have an app where you can pre-load a payment option to make it even faster. Not impressed with the food though. Just another sandwich shop. Subway across the street has more seating. It is easier to go sit in Burnett Plaza outside than try to hover around and hope a table opens up.
I was looking for somewhere near my office that I hadn't tried so I dropped in and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and the sandwich was great.
