Made an order online earlier tonight. Took an hour at least to get it only to find out it was wrong. Called to talk to a manager, lady told me they would remake the food and bring us the correct order, we still haven't gotten our correct food. And since we paid cash, no luck getting a refund.
Horrible experience. My food as been " on its way" for 25 mins. And i live 2 blocks from the place. When i call of course no one will answer and my card has been charged. Call Dominos. Save your time and patience.... update. Its an hour after i ordered pizza. O called again and they refunded my money and said the pizza would still come and it never did.

Usually dont have any issues with this Pizza Hut, but tonight our order, pizza, wings, and pasta, was cold when it got here and there was a bunch of banana pepper stems in the middle of one of the pieces of pizza. I did call and tell rhem rhe food was cold. They were polite. Offered to remake or refund the meal. We didn't find the stems until later.
Waste of time and money
Apon walking in there was what to have seemed as one worker. A middle aged lady and then a young teen male comes out of the kitchen. We were seated and I timed it, about 7:28 seconds it took to get someon to give us menus and utensils. When they do they walk away for about 3 minutes and then come back with menues. They take the order and this is now about 20 minutes of sitting down it took total. My order of wings came out in 5 minutes and tasted bland. The meat was undercooked and then sauce comes out of a condiment bottle with the little nossle. It was messy (besides the fact that it was wings) and the sauce was over used. Then about 8 minutes later the pizza comes out. That wasn't that bad tasting. It was good but the crust and bottom was burt. Overall I give this a one star due to the lack of possitions, the respect twards customers when taking orders/seating, and the food quality. Hope this helps anyone willing to eat here.
Very horrible experience . Not only did my food take longer than expected, but my food was cold and nasty, and there were items missing from my order. The manager Janessa was very rude and sarcastic . She also hung up in my face. I feel like I waisted my time and money. I will be ordering from dominos from no on, at least my food will be hot and fresh. They have good customer service.
