Fast and delicious. Perfect for my limited lunch time. And they even acknowledge us when we leave. Great job guys keep it up yall are the best!
Delivery is always fast and friendly but they aren't very good at fulfilling the order. They forget things like cheese or additions that cost extra and you are left holding the bag with a mediocre sandwich in it. It's great for a quick lunch but don't expect too much.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First two times I ordered it took over 35 minutes for delivery. I wouldn't have minded the wait from other establishments, but this place based their reputation on "freaky fast". Gave them a third and final chance today. They forgot my soda. Called to ask manager to remove from my car edit card (didn't want any driver making a second run for a soda), and the manger rudely hung up on me. This location need major changes!
Ordered a sandwich for delivery and the first time I ordered they were great a little late but great. This time they were very late and then I called and they told me oh I'm sorry we have a driver out today that called in. They said you're next and it will be the next 15 min. 10 min later I get a phone call and there was a lady in the background telling her employee that called me and put me on hold due to the lady basically yelling about not having a driver and that my location is out of their range, so finally the employee came back on the phone and said oh ma'am the driver is coming but this will be the last time we deliver since you're out of our range of delivery. I told him cancel me order since my lunch was basically over.
I love this place, staff are very friendly and delivery is freaky fast, just make sure you get the extra stuff in the order right
