Office doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't return calls. Doesn't send updated documents to SS office to add to my file. Very unprofessional and stressful experience.
This attorney is wonderful. She is helpful and gives you her cell phone for direct contact with her at anytime. She got me on social security disability without even having to go to a hearing. Ms. Thomson is a great attorney and a good person. She helped me get my disability and helped me later when I was reviewed by Social Security to determine whether I should continue to receive disability benefits.
