My trash was skipped 3 weeks in a row upon calling i was told by sharicee that my trash will be picked up. After waiting for 41/2 hrs i called back and rosemarie told me that in fact my trash was tagged by the garbage man as not put out...when in fact it has been there all day and most of this morning. After a one sided conversation from rosemarie not comprehending my predicament and feeling i was taking up her lunch time she said just to call monday...wow...way to put the customer first...So my trash will not be pick up on today nor did it get picked up on the scheduled day and when i ask to speak to a manager i was told none was on duty...?really?...rose....really?...
