I have been a customer of Woods Insurance Agency for 10yrs...I highly recommend this agency as the staff is very professional, they are able to answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance and numerous insurance companies to make sure you're getting the best rate. I have been to their office several times over the years and I'm always greeted as if I were family, office is always clean and never once have I left there without my questions being answered and my insurance needs being handled correctly.
Went here for the first time today and was not impressed. The gal did not introduce herself and didn't even ask me for any sort of identification before making changes to my policy. Kind of scary don't you think! It also didn't help that all the trash cans were full, it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned for weeks and the gal did not seem motivated to do her job at all! I love my insurance company but I will never use this place as my agent again! Rating of two stars because the gal actually was able to set up my new policy... we'll see shortly of she input the information correctly...
