Are they open on weekends
They never answer the phone they never return calls their voice mails box is always full. Whenever u do finallay get someone on the phone they promise to call back and never do. This company is a joke and way to much of a hassle to deal with than they are worth
If I could give a 0 star I would. This dude is the worst insurance agent on the planet! If there was an award for the biggest crook he would win the throphy hands down!
Been with Chris Lira Ins. for over 6 years now. We never had any problems, Always been satisfied with his service.
The reason why I give it a lower star is their professionalism isn't there. Everytime I call they never answer and their mailbox is full. To resolve issues I always have to call multiple times to remind them stuff. Yes they will get the lowest rate but they are a pain in the rear to deal with. Its like a few guys that come to work when they want. Chris himself is a bit more put together but its so hard to get ahold of anyone.
