Not only is the owner and his staff professional, but we always feel that we have been more than a file folder and policy number to them in the ways they have made sure we had the best policy for our budget, and that we understood everything whenever we had a question. Wouldnt go anywhere else for insurance...everything we have thrown at them to insure, from multiple businesses, cars, rent homes, even a Model T, they make sure we have the best insurance and that it is done fast and without problems.

The Hemphill Insurance agency is not a place you will be happy with. If you never take another review into consideration, please heed my warning as to the quality (or lack there of) of the service you will receive here. The word unprofessional doesn't scratch the surface. I truly regret choosing them as my agent. Please save yourself some money and frustration, and go somewhere else.
