I was in a bind and needed some roses delivered at the last minute. I called and Brandy answered and informed me that the florist was already closed but that she would do her best to help me out. I want to say how professional and courteous she was when I arrived at the florist shop to pay for the last minute delivery requested. Customer Service is DEFINITELY a priority with Brandy and her co-workers, to insure top-notch service! I was very impressed and will definitely utilize their services again in the future!!!

I've had 1 good experience with Swofford about 2 years ago. But this weeks experience was unacceptable. I placed an order for a bouquet online then called in to confirm my order. I received my statement/confirmation via e-mail. A total of $81.17. I expected a call and photo from my mother (since I live in Chicago) with what I thought I ordered. And she received a totally different floral arrangement. I ordered white and purple roses. She received yellow and lavender!!! I called in and explained to them how they did not send out the right bouquet and the person tried to tell me that the yellow sometimes looks white online. NO I am not color blind and the description did not read yellow anywhere. I ordered the Angelique FTD bouquet. They said someone would deliver the right arrangement the next day and pick up the other one. Ok. Cool. Then I get a picture from my mother and I was completely heart broken. The messiest floral bouquet, and the purple flowers were dying already. Anyone else but this flower shop! Unacceptable.

Contractors and vendors be aware of working for the owner of this floral shop. Adam Nevarez and Brandy Nevarez as they can be very demanding and unreasonable people to work for. Brandy became very pushy and demanding after the fact and when we decided that working for her wasn't a good fit for our company we discussed and agreed to end our day at 5pm and discontinue service. Then she changed the agreement and demanded our tech to leave two hours earlier than agreed. She then left the jobsite without paying or making arrangements to pay. Then we were delayed day after day to be paid after she dodged us for days. Then enters Adam Nevarez making unreasonable demands, being totally abusive and giving us the run around for three days. As we are a online business and practice online invoicing and receipts etc. Because we wouldn't send him a receipt before he paid online by credit card he began posting unfavorable reviews as he threatened he would. Sorry we do not give into abusive and unreasonably demanding customers. Post all the bad reviews you prefer. Like I said if this is the way you want to handle this instead of simply moving forward, you wish to try and smear our good name. As I tried to explain posting reviews works both ways when you own a service business or in your case business's
