Apparently this place is not hurting for business because with customer service like that I would NEVER order anything from them. If you do not want to handle your customers DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! And NEVER speak to a potential customer as if you are too busy to take care of business.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a florist. They couldn't tell me when it was going to be delivered, suggested that because it was mothers day weekend (as if that's my fault) that they couldn't tell me specifics on anything. Left a hand written note on the door at 7pm at night when no one was home that they tried to deliver the flowers when I was told all day long that the truck was out for delivery. I would and will never use them again. Plus the customer service on the phone at the office was terrible. Receptionist was extremely bad at explaining services, what happened or how they could fix anything. Was told "What would you like us to do about it?" Just bad service all the way around. Oh and the arrangement I ordered looked nothing like what I ordered..... REALLY?????
I called this florist at 5:30pm on a weekday. Not knowing that the place was closed. Someone answered the phone and I inquired as to whether they could do a delivery for the following morning for a funeral next door. The woman replied that they would in fact be able to do the delivery so I proceeded to place my order. The rude woman responded "I don't really know what that is (the item that I was trying to order) and we are actually closed. I was walking out and picked up the phone on my way out"
I ordered a teacup flower arrangement and did not receive anything similar to what I ordered, they do mention on there Web site that if they do not have the vase you order there are substitutions so they changed the vase but not even the flowers matched! I called to speak to them and the lady on the phone tells me well what do you want me to do with an attitude I said nothing I'll just keep the arrangement that was sent to my mother on her special day! Thanks!
You would think if you complete the order form and they except debit card payment you would receive service. No , just a bunch of excuses . They don't take responsibility for their business just play the blame game with no resolve. They could care less.
