I paid for chocolates and the person did not receive them
Well, I bought an 90$ bouquet for valentines day, was described as the BEST. Along with a teddy bear that was 10 dollars so the flowers were 80$. They were delivered at 10 o clock at night, and since we were out to dinner the delivery man left it with a neighbor even though he had my number to call me (which I was hoping he would).
They did not return the money
Love Love Love this place, Great customer service, beautiful arrangements and prices are comparable to other Florist. The owners went above and beyond on the last minute order I made for my brother's funeral, will continue to use them in the future...
I had flowers sent to a church for a visitation. Same day delivery. The flowers were spectacular. The church did not accept flowers until that night but they instead deliver them to the other side of town to the funeral home. Not a problem for them. They got it all figured out for me and got the flowers there by noon the day I ordered. A+ business. And my new florists.
BAD SERVICE
Muy caro, compre un ramo para quince años y las flores ya estaban marchitas, lo pedí mediano y estaba muy pequeño, pedí que agregarán tulipanes, solo fueron dos que tuvieron que quitar porque estaban totalmente muertos, fue muy caro, realmente espere algo mejor.
Once we got home I saw the bouquet and felt sad immediately. The flowers were not in very good condition, there was 6 roses and 7 carnations. Roughly 20$ at walmart, In a 1$ store vase with a dollar store teddy bear. So I was disappointed, I called to ask if this is it. It was, a flippen 25$ quality flowers I could have picked out myself was just sent to me for 90 dollars. I will never shop here, I will just go to walmart.
The roses they gave me were already dead
