Be warn; Stay away from this place. if there was Zero Would give the Zero Based on their bad Job , Bad service . About 4 days before mothers day I called this place and orders mothers day flowers and I wanted to make sure i chose the bets flowers and I asked the lady on the phone who sounded very much like was not there , or she was must of been on some kind of drug , did not understand me or she had a reception problem with the Wi-fi . Anyhow she asked for my credit card number 2 times and said " ok it went trough" and I said to her "thanks God" she took the address that the flowers going to be dliver and the date May 14 /Mothers day and so so she got all the info and said ok all is done . so I said thank you and hangup..Furthermore I was expecting a call from my mother in low as usual by Sunday night to say how nice her flowers were and to thank me for the flower But I did not get any call from my Mother In low and I called BosWell Flowers as soon as they opened and asked why my flowers were not deliver and while I talk to the lady I looked at my bank account and there were no transaction I mean in the past 4 days no transaction, so after many ringing a lady answered the phone and i explained why my mothers day flowers that I ordered was not deliver? and the lady asked me many questions and said hold on and the store manager took the phone and search for the reasons why the flowers I order was not even showing in their data , anyway she checked and even found the information about me that I ordered flower last year Too. so she realized that the mistake was on their end and she apologies, and re order the same thing and she said she will give me discount this was one day later after mothers day. Anyway I expected that they will send the flower to be deliver as soon i paid and I waited and waited , and waited all day until I found out that the flowers were delivered at the end of the day basically close to 6 pm . I was extremely disappointed because my mother In low lives inn assisted living and 5:30-6pm is almost their dinner time and soon they will go to bed ..Its very disappointing to see business like this place be so careless, and lie and not even care about their customer..I have to say That I will Not ever again order anything from this place because they seem not to care. Bad place

The entire staff was attentive and friendly from the time I walked through the door. They had a variety of all kinds of flowers for any occasion. Please see them I'm sure you will have the most help with anything you are looking to purchase.
Customer Alert!! Never use this company for your flower arrangements. They messed up on my Mothers Day Flowers for my mom twice and will not give a full refund unless they pick up the flowers they messed up on? They will give me half a refund if they do not pick up the old flowers. Really!! What are they going to do with the messed up flowers. Both arrangement weren't even close to what I paid for so they have false advertisement as well. At least give me a call to give me some options instead of delivering the wrong arrangements Twice and not taking any responsibility and giving a full refund!! Totally Un-accepable!!
Bought this for my wife for our 7th anniversary, they send dead flowers there. Called them and they said they were going to send another arrangement but my wife wanted a refund. They send the new flowers but my wife was already off work and delivery personnel found out that we had requested a refund. He was taking the flowers back when my wife's co worker asked to buy the flowers and he gave the flowers to the co worker free. Bad way of doing business and ruining what I had planned for my wife.
