Contractors and vendors beware when working for the owners of this business. They can not be trusted. They are not honorable or have any integrity when keeping their word with verbal agreements. Beware!!
Do not use this flower shop, poor quality in flowers and an exremely unprofessional manager. I undestand issues happen, however the manner in which she chose to handle this situtaion lacked any type of customer appreciation. On the 3rd delivery attempt the manager instructed the driver to "drop them off and leave, she wont be happy with these either". The first 2 attempts were filled with roses that were days old and no longer acceptable. I would reiterate everything Cathy said below here...Overall, very poor customer experience, don't use this florist!
This florist does amazing work, I have never had any problems with them or complaints. I've used them for years even with the new managment! This is the place to go :)
