Smashing!
Husband and I went 12/9/16 and the girls working were amazing! Suggested more sales and were super friendly I ended up spending more than I planned but left happy, however we went again 12/10/16 and the girls working there were a total different story. Nobody greeted us, nobody offered help nothing! They were busy both days so that is not an excuse. But the worst part was when I took interest in the bombshell Luxe they had by the counter the African woman which was checking us out was rude and pretty much suggested it was a $250 item like I couldn't afford to even look at it. I will just stick to the store closer to my home i just went to this store for the experience I had the day before had she not pretty much insulted us, I might have even bought it.
There is always help in there, the thing I don't like is that there's always a long line to pay whenever I go.
Great selection, but don't trust the girl on the PINK side to help you pick out a correct size. This is my third time having to exchange because she told me wrong sizes. I trusted her opinion because she works there!!! I am so frustrated and pissed.
Purchased a brand new bra less than 3 weeks ago, and the both underwires are ALREADY coming out! That's crazy considering the money you pay for VS! Will be returning AND considering taking my business elsewhere.
