Which isn't what the normal store hiring policy of training on the floor first then the register. I understand that managing can be overwhelming, but just use fair practices. She told my daughter "I do what I want and you don't want to challenge me"! Well, she lied and said my daughter was rude, but only after crystal told her to leave the store because my daughter questioned her. Crystal lied and said my daughter had an rude outburst. Of course she may have gotten angry after comming in to work and finding out she is being overlooked for what she felt was suppose to be her training for a new position. I say all this to say to anyone that holds a position of any kind leadership please use fair practices and don't discriminate on the basis of race, personal relationship, or nepotism.

She was even more excited. I am don't want sympathy or anything for my daughter but any mother, no matter how old your child is has to listen to disappointing situations and our instinct is to help. She was also told that she had to learn how to tag clothes and work the floor first before learning the register. (which she already had experience, but not on their system) She arrived to work on Monday 9/18/2017 She looked and saw a new employee behind the register waiting to be trained which had only been there for one day. My daughter asked Crystal when was her time to be trained and why was the new girl standing behind the register instead, The manager/ Crystal told her she has never had an employee to ask her questions like that and then told her that sometimes she does things backwards.

I wanted to return my pants I had bought last week. The worker Chrystal gave me attitude and was really rude. Won't be shopping there again!

Crystal/manger and staff has negative reviews on google because of arrogance and power trips. She has lot to learn in life about fair treatment of employees and the customer which make the Clothing Mentor store possible. Just some to think about for All

I was let go from this job because I asked the manger why was she training a new young lady on the register. The manager response was she can do what she wants to do. It was clearly a race thing. I was told that you work the store in order of learning the floor, tagging clothes and then register. I have no problem with that order but to see someone clearly discriminate against me was a big shock. She fired me because she didn't like that I questioned her. I feel that everyone should be treated fairly and with respect. The manager Chrystal has a horrible attitude and a power trip. What you reap you will sow. I only asked a question and I was disrespected and told that she's never been question. I did not have a outburst. Please roll your cameras back. I did say one word as I left but I said it only to the manager. You can not live life thinking that no one has the right to ask you a question. You are the manger and I respected you as such. It was discrimination and you know it. You told me not to challenge you. I didn't do that I asked a question. I've never been treated in such a horrible manner. If you look at your reviews you will see that customers also had hobbile experiences with you as well. You need to have more respect and kindness for people

If you're trying to sell clothes & get good money this isn't the place to go to. I tried selling name brand jeans & was offered $6 for both pairs.

To the Clothes Mentor patron/consumers. I am writing this review in hopes of exposing you to what we feel was unfair practices on the part of management/Crystal at the Hulen st location in Fort Worth. My daughter was hired over a week ago and was so excited about her new position with Clothes Mentor. She is a former preschool teacher of over 10+ years and her students loved her and she loved her job. She wanted to pursue a different genre and found that she really enjoyed helping customers in retail. She worked for a major retail and is very experienced. During her hiring process she was told that she would be trained for a key holder which will allow to help her learn the company from behind the scene and more.

Great staff and amazing selection of items! Will be coming back
