Feel like there aren't enough options in sizes above 10. Every time I come in, it seems as though there are only 3-4 items in my size. Not worth looking any more. Also, took in brand new items (purchased this past spring, with tags on) and they passed on them. Don't feel like they really took the time to look through my items.
