I called and spoke with a representative, who put me on hold and later hung up without saying a word. I called back and someone picked up the phone and hung it up, how rude!!!

I wouldn't recommend this agency since they don't answer emails.
I sent three emails and not a single one was answered. I needed help planning a trip for 16 people and Gullivers was mentioned by a few friends - I've gone back and told them not to use them again. My first email was very detailed - no response. My two follow up emails were also ignored completely.
