We have been parking here for over 2 years. Was good until new management took over. Now it is filthy dirty. Power goes out all the time so it's impossible to keep batteries charged. Raccoons are pooping allover the boat next to our RV space and the RV keepers are just sweeping it to the ground. Now its mixing with rain water and there is a soup of melted poop all under our trailer. Clientele has gone from family vehicles to commercial vehicles and it looks like people are living on-site in several vehicles, hence, the power problems. We are leaving.
