Do not try to get a U-Haul through them. Made a reservation with them Thursday. They called Friday to confirm the appointment for Saturday at 1130am. Arrived at Lone Star at 1135am Saturday. Despite it being "normal" business hours (Saturday is 9am-2pm) the door was locked, and no one was at work. Calling the local office, no one answered and voice mailbox was full so we couldn't even leave a message. Finally called back the confirmation number, who informed us that we were supposed to be going to a different location for a different truck. Was not told on the original confirmation call, was not emailed about it. They said the truck we needed wasn't at the original location and that's why we were switched. There were at least 10 trucks on the lot when we drove up.
I've done business with RD for years. He is fair and honest to do business with. I store my boat here and have rented U-Haul trucks from him with no issues. I use auto pay to cover my storage costs and he has notified me promptly when there are any billing issues. I monitor my bank account to ensure that charges go through and have had no issues. Good to do business with.
Only reason I am leaving one star is because I can't choose zero. We reserved a trailer from Uhaul for pick up on Saturday at 1:30 and got a text the night before saying to pick it up at a different location and that we could pick it up as early as noon. Got here at 12:30 and they are closed with the hours saying open until 2 p.m. We called the number on the building and the man on the line was exceptionally rude and when we asked why they closed early he said "it doesn't matter why they are closed!" Well to a paying customer with a reservation it matters a great deal why you are closed. Extremely poor customer service and I will be sure and spread the word around our local community!
Owner's daughter wasting my time, on several different occasions. Plus they are rude, act like they have never seen you before. Half the time they are not even there during business hours. And forget about customer service, it's non-existent. I've never been to another place like this. I'll take my business elsewhere

I rented a trailer to pick up my motorcycle since it was raining, I purchased a brand new set of straps from them to secure it with. I'm a professional truck driver so I know how to secure a load,even checked on it several times throughout my trip. When I got to my home to unload,my bike was laid over due to a busted strap. I called only to be told the insurance I purchased doesn't cover it and they refused to refund the money for the straps. Said,I would have to contact uhaul since that's where they came from. So beware before you purchase anything from them. Once you buy it it's yours
