The staff, service, and products at Mokara Spa were all amazing! The staff was very friendly and the environment was clean and calming. Kellie gave me a facial and it was absolutely amazing! My skin is truly glowing and my co-workers have even given me compliments! I would highly recommend Mokara.
Wonderful massage and zen wrap, facial was superb. Pedi and mani are very very basic. Amenities are wonderful and comfortable, the robes are oversized and plush. No handlebars in showers, at risk for falling because of slick floor. Overall great experience.
Wanted to get a gift for my wife. Tried to buy a couple of spa packages for my wife but was told that I couldn't buy specific packages. I could buy a gift card for the total amount or could make and appointment for her to get the service but they wouldn't sell me a specific package. Not very good customer service. I went to another spa and bought the packages I wanted.
