You will definitely regret buying or renting from here. Office people hold grudges and will treat you like crap if they have a grudge against you. They will take what they want from your yard and trash it without warning. So no swingsets, toys, grills, chairs, pools. Nothing meant for outdoors or your yard are not allowed. Lot rent is outrageous. Water and sewer combined is over $150 and there will also be additional charges on your statement that they can't explain. Total invoice will eventually reach over $650/mo. No fences allowed because they said they need to be able to mow your yard on Mondays, yet they charge you $60 for mowing yard. Lot rent is just lot rent, doesn't cover any type of maintenance on the lot. Homeowner is responsible for any kind of maintenance such as tree trimming. Pool us always dirty and oily. Cops are always being called. Hypodermic needles litter the roads and corner lots in neighborhoods. Office does nothing to clean it up. Called office and left numerous voice-mail concerning Hypodermic needles in road. They did nothing about it. Loud neighbors. No good Internet. Can't wait to buy out this loan somehow and get the heck out of here. Biggest mistake of my life was moving here, now stuck until I can figure out a way to get out of this loan. For the amount of rent and mortgage I pay, I could be paying for a nice HOA home. Don't do it, you will regret it!!
Too many mexicans and drug dealers
I just watched the maintenence man take my neighbor's swing set because he said he was doing his job. My neighbors received no notice to take it down. Again no notice. They will take anything they want from your front lawn. You can't get internet. The office doesn't care about its residents. They are hardly ever there. This place has been a nightmare. At the earliest opportunity we are moving out.
I've been living here for about a year without internet... it's literally almost impossible to get an internet line around here, unless you're extremely lucky. If you need internet DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!
