Paid $200 deposit for a site. My wife went to pay for the first on the 27th. After she paid went to look at the site and someone was in it. Owner allowed them to move in it because he had bad neighbors. She went back to the office and they informed her of this. They also informed her that Direct Tv was not included, as posted on their site and WiFi doesn't work in that area as well. Asked for a reimbursent of the rent because we will not be moving there. The owner refused. I would not move there, they are not people of their words and are crooks.
Friendly staff and when you have a problem they take care of it right now. Then come by after hours to check and see if we were good. Thanks Bobby
