Great workout. The staff/instructors are amazing and the place is always clean. Blake is an excellent instructor who is very knowledgeable and keeps everyone motivated while mixing up the workouts to keep them interesting. I like coming here because it's not only a great workout but also a great way to let go of some stress, learn some new combo, and improve on form and technique. I'd definitely recommend trying it out for anyone who is short on time looking to get the most out of an hour workout and also wanting to learn something new.

Just completed the free shot. Gym staff was really cool, and pretty understanding of newbies. I have been pretty serious about lifting for a while, Cardio not so much. I would recommend eating and staying hydrated before hand. This 30 minute class destroyed me. I will definitely be back.
Jacob, a trainer at the downtown Fort Worth location was awesome: energetic, good sense of humor, great combinations, checked our form a lot. He made it lots of fun. But it was a tough workout too! I was drenched! The place is clean, spacious and the music kept us pumped. The showers and changing areas are clean and well stocked. Going back for sure.
Classes are great but as far as management goes, they are a complete joke. I switched jobs and moved out of town. I put my membership on hold in the hopes of finding another gym. There is no gym close to my new home. I called a day before my membership was supposed to unfreeze so I could cancel. The response I got was that the GM would need to call me back to cancel my membership. One day passes and no call back, two days, then the weekend. Call Monday and I get the same response. Tuesday I get a response that mymenberahip isn't even in the system. Wednesday I get CHARGED for the membership fee. Now I'm pissed. I call and still they say the GM needs to call me back. Now I'm on the 6th call. My annoyed/angry voice gets me a girl that says I need to fill out a form since I'm out of the area and can't come in to cancel in person. I do this and email it back within minutes and ask that she please reply when the membership is cancelled and that I also would like the refund for the amount just ran. No email back and no refund. I have emailed twice now since I sent in the form and I have still not receive confirmation of cancellation or a refund. It will be a week tomorrow since I emailed my info and OVER A MONTH since I originally called to cancel my frozen membership. This went from a great experience boxing to an absolute nightmare of a business! MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!
Awesome class! Great way to get your sweat on! Would recommend for anyone wanting to find something different, after a hard day if work you know you want to punch something!!!
