I love this gym! But, it's so much more than just a gym. It's a social life, a sisterhood and fun workout. I actually look forward to "exercising". I'm amazed at how much of a workout you can get from dancing and having fun. From hip hop step, pound (rocking out drumming on the floor) to flirty girl (dancing), Zumba. I've had a blast and am in great shape. The instructors are the best I've ever seen. Each has their own personality that keeps you coming back for more and they will help you modify if you have an injury or just plain tired. When you become a member you get access to a private Fabebook group which is a great support system to keep me on track.
I love this little gym! Variety of classes and fitness levels. Everyone here is so welcoming, they look at everyone as a part of the family. There are plenty of non -gym activities offered as well, networking lunches for women, self defense classes, dance offs, fundraisers, and so much more. First class is free!
This is an amazing place to find your fitness tribe!! I started out with one class a week and have progressed to a routine of 6 each week! There are classes to suite everyone's interests! The instructors are always very supportive and genuinely interested in helping you achieve your goals!!
I love this place so much I drive 20 minutes, or more depending on traffic, just to come. The staff is beyond amazing and will help you with whatever your situation is. The cost is not overwhelming and won't cost your first born just to join.
